Managing Director

Roelof has over 30 years experience in Industry, with acclaimed success in leading and implementing Data Science and Big Data Analytics solutions for Industry. He has extensive experience in data-driven process modelling and optimisation, value-chain optimisation, real-time process monitoring, predictive analytics and implementing complete online AI, machine learning and diagnostic software solutions. He has a specific interest and specialisation in integrating engineering fundamental principles with data-driven methods to solve complex industry problems for which no solutions exist.

Dr Philip Venter (Pr Eng)
Technical Director

Philip combines three qualifications - mechanical engineering, mathematics and statistics - to provide data solutions for process optimisation and decision support. As a mechanical engineer, he specialises in thermal fluid sciences where he use modelling to assess the working efficiency of processes and equipment. He further uses data to build fundamental science models, from which mathematical and statistical models are formulated, to assess and predict real-time working efficiency and operational health of engineering works, mines, process plants and logistical processes.
